VisiSize Portable
A portable VisiSize spray characterization system offering accurate, dependable drop diameter measurements in a compact package. Based around a laptop and one-piece enclosure, the portable system lets you make droplet diameter measurements wherever you need them.
VisiSize D30
The VisiSize D30 is perfect for characterization of sprays and other continuous processes. Like all VisiSize products, the system is capable of measuring particle size and velocity, including droplets or bubbles in any transparent (or mostly transparent) medium.
VisiSize N60
When you really need to measure the drop diameter distribution in a fast moving spray, the VisiSize N60 is the ideal spray characterization system. Designed with a short pulse laser which will freeze the motion of small particles travelling at Mach 3, few things move too quickly for the VisiSize N60 droplet size measurement system.
VisiSize S200
Size measurement of particles, droplets and bubbles in high-speed transient sprays and powder jets. The VisiSizer S200, high speed drop sizing system, takes a rapid series of images of the plume and calculates the drop diameter distribution from these. What you see is what you measure.

Firefly 1000W Weld Viewing Laser
The high-power 1kW Firefly is a high speed imaging laser designed specifically for weld viewing and other high-speed imaging techniques. The large beam is focussed with an adjustable, built-in lens to illuminate areas with a cross-section from 25mm-150mm, ideal for many welding processes. The large, bright spot from the laser makes it easy to overcome the glow from any type of welding process and see into the heart of the process.

The 300W Firefly laser is designed with PIV, particle sizing and spray pattern measurement in mind. It features a compact laser head with integrated adjustable optics to allow the thickness/throw of a light sheet to be controlled to match the system that you are imaging. The air-cooled head is fully splashproof (and a waterproof option is available, which can be submerged to allow measurements underwater).
Copper Vapour Laser (CVL)
The Copper vapour laser is an ideal high-speed, high-power imaging laser. The short pulse, high beam quality, high power beam makes it ideal for imaging applications at frequencies 10kHz requiring light-sheets or area illumination.

Articulated Light Arm
The articulated mirror arm is an integrated light guide for delivering controlled laser illumination to the measurement plane in Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) experiments.
Scheimpflug Mount
When it’s not possible to place your camera and imaging lens normal to the plane that you want to look at, a Scheimpflug mount is required. This allows the image plane to be tilted relative to the plane of the imaging chip in the camera, allowing tilted (off-normal) planes to be clearly in focus.
