Installation

Oxford Lasers experienced support engineers install and support lasers and systems in the field. In most cases, the laser systems are pre-accepted at our factory with a documented check-list of mandatory specifications. The systems are then shipped and installed by our technicians at your facility.

Service and Repair

Oxford Lasers offers quick response field service to its customers. Often a phone call to our Support Engineers is all you need to restore the performance of your system.

Replacement Parts

Oxford Lasers supply an extensive spares parts inventory of both consumable and non-consumable parts for our lasers, micromachining and imaging systems.

Maintenance Contracts

When you can’t afford any laser downtime, we offer Preventative Maintenance Contracts.

Oxford Lasers Service Group engineers will make regular visits to inspect the laser or system, make necessary corrections and offer advice to keep the equipment running at optimum performance to prevent any delays to your production schedule.
